Who we are
NexIVR is a small team with a long history in interactive voice response - six-plus years across FIS Global, American Express and a national telecom operator. We built call systems for companies that could afford a room of engineers, and kept meeting smaller businesses who needed the same thing and had no way to get it.
So we built the tool we wished those businesses had: a canvas where you draw the call flow, a number you can point at it, and a browser tab that answers, records and reports on every call.
