By accessing and using NexIVR's services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use our services.

2. What the service does

NexIVR provides interactive voice response tooling for businesses, including:

  • A visual builder for call flows
  • Automated call handling and routing
  • Call recording and transcription
  • Per-call reporting
  • An in-browser softphone

3. Accounts

3.1 Creating an account

You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your credentials confidential.

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.

4. Using the service

4.1 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Break any law or regulation
  • Harass, abuse or harm others
  • Transmit malicious software
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Collect data without authorisation

4.2 Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice.

5. Payments

Fees are billed according to your plan. You agree to pay all charges on your account. Fees are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

The service's content and functionality belong to NexIVR and are protected by law. Do not copy, modify or distribute it without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

NexIVR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NexIVR harmless from claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for conduct that breaches these Terms or harms other users or us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms and will notify users of material changes. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new Terms.
